La Casita & Mãlama Studio are two, small, eclectic and one-of-a-kind shoppes located within the heart of the Maui Tropical Plantation. We offer a unique selection of Maui/Hawaii made products paired with global elevated vintage items, home decor, clothing + other unique offerings that pair with the island's lifestyle in a creative environment. This is not a seasonal job, lookin for long term candidates. PT & FT availability

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Outgoing, professional, self-motivated and reliable

- Willingness to become knowledgeable about our products and have a desire to help customers discover offerings that match their personal style

- Naturally stylish with strong personal presentation

- Excited to deliver five-star customer service

- Retail or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person)

- Be available to work on the weekends

- Keep up a clean & organized space
