Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations

- Provide guidance and support to agents, fostering growth and success

- Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing agents

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth

- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals

Requirements:

- Active Hawaii Real Estate Broker License

- Strong knowledge of Hawaii real estate laws and market trends

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

- A passion for mentoring and helping agents succeed

- Experience as a Broker In Charge or in a leadership role is a plus
