Background preferred:

+ Associates degree or equivalent

+ Customer service with strong oral and written communication skills

+ General office duties and knowledge of basic accounting principles

Required:

+ Must have or obtain Real Estate license within 3 months

+ Automobile in good condition

+ Proficient in MS Word and Excel and computers in general

+ Type 35+ wpm

+ Excellent vision and hearing

+ Able to lift 30 lbs

MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE (or in the process of obtaining a license) AND CAR.

HOURS: M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm - closed weekends and bank holidays.

SALARY RANGE (inclusive): STARTING $60K (assistant) to $70K (property manager)

BENEFIT PACKAGE: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave,

vacation and parking.
