Resident manager

Resident manager needed for low income apartment in Waianae.

Must reside on the property, and be available from 6pm to 6am to answer tenant phone calls. Duties include but not limited to keeping a log of tenant issues, calling HFD or HPD as necessary, contacting building maintenance and property manager in emergencies, and walking the property several times each evening. Maintenance background is preferred.

Compensation is a studio unit on the property, there will be no financial compensation.
