Condo Property Manager for Property Management Company

Seeking a Condo-Homeowner's Association manager for Equity Properties, Inc., a local management company located in Honolulu near Costco Iwilei.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desire to work and grow in real estate and property management

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Able to meet deadlines

Self-starter, takes initiative

Work well with others; team player

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work with concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail

Knowledge of MS Office programs

Proficient letter-writing skills

Must be bondable

Must have an active Hawaii Real Estate License

Knowledge of AOAO, HOA

This is not a remote position; attending board meetings and an ACTIVE Hawaii Real Estate License are required.
