Starting pay: $16 - $30 given experience and capabilities

Hours of work: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. | 12:00 - 12:30 off-the-clock lunch | 9:00 - 9:20 paid break

We're looking for 3 traits.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

- Working with Bandsaws & Sanders

- Cutting down wood into smaller pieces/slices

- Operating multiple large pieces of equipment, including CNC machines and thickness sander, which produces dust

- Drying and monitoring wood to achieve proper moisture content in the wood

- Working with many different types of woods, Koa, ebony, walnut, mahogany, rosewood, spruce, and other species

-Being cross-trained in other departments

Qualifications:

- A woodworking background is helpful but not needed. You just need to be teachable.

- Ability to lift 40 pounds above your head.

- Standing

- Able to see fine details in the woods

- Able to go up and down stairs

- Able to move quickly

- Be able to squat, bend and read batch paperwork

You must be a team player and be ready to work closely with your team to achieve goals and strive to continuously improve yourself and processes to ultimately add more value to our customers. Training will be provided. This is a hands-on position and requires great attention to detail and unwavering focus.
