Cabinet Laborer – Join Our Growing Team!

A fast-growing custom cabinet and closet company in Hawaii is seeking a skilled Cabinet Laborer to join our team. This role requires hands-on cabinet experience, finishing/painting skills, and the ability to drive for material pickups and job site deliveries.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Assist in building and assembling custom cabinets and closets

- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, and touch-ups

- Safely operate woodworking tools, machinery, and finishing equipment

- Transport and deliver cabinets and materials (valid driver’s license required)

- Install hardware including hinges, slides, and handles

- Perform quality checks for accuracy, fit, and finish

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Skills & Requirements:

- 2+ years cabinet, woodworking, or construction experience (preferred)

- Finishing/painting experience (mandatory)

- Valid driver’s license with clean record (mandatory)

- Ability to read technical drawings and cut lists

- Skilled with woodworking and finishing tools

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

- Physically able to lift and move materials
