Maintenance Team Member

We are looking to add to our Property Management Maintenance Division. We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time Maintenance team member. Must be skilled in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, tile work, janitorial, etc. Applicant must be a trustworthy, well-organized problem solver with good communication skills. Must be able to use equipment associated with general maintenance and minor building repairs.

Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Pay:

$20.00+ dependent on experience

Location:

Oahu

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

At least 2 years of proven Maintenance experience preferred.

Must be familiar with areas around Oahu.

Ability to successfully meet deadlines

Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s licenses

Must OWN wide range of hand and power tools

Must be able to perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other routine maintenance tasks

Work independently and in a team within a fast paced environment with limited supervision

Schedule and perform all maintenance work orders while traveling to different sites to complete maintenance repairs

Knowledge of material cost and equipment needed to complete a repair
