Maintenance Technician

Kamaole Beach Club maintenance team needs a candidate with at least one year experience in basic condo maintenance.

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance position. Candidates must have a valid drivers license, previous hands-on maintenance experience ( light plumbing, light electrical, and some painting experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance inspection and repairs.

Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and owners as well as on property vendors.

Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs and up to 50lbs.

Daily property clean up, BBQ, Pool area, Pool bathrooms.
