Part-time Janitorial / Maintenance

Job Overview:

Part-time from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. 3 1/2 hours per day 5 days per week

We are seeking a part-time skilled Building Maintenance and Janitorial person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our 3 story building.

Duties include:

Blowing leaves and Maintaining garden area, parking area, and common areas inside and out.

Cleaning bathrooms and stairwells, taking out the trash.

Touch-up painting and other light building maintenance.
