Factory Worker / Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the factory environment, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.

Assist in the assembly of products and components as per specifications.

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working in the factory environment.

Experience

While prior experience in a factory setting is preferred, it is not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday
