Starting Wage: $18 per hour

Work Schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Days off: Wednesday & Thursday

Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to cover sick leave or vacation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, general repairs, and assisting with building upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks and general repairs.

Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and complete necessary repairs under the leadership of the maintenance supervisor.

Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.

Work collaboratively with the building management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool and general building repairs.

Ability to use hand / power tools safely and effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must be reliable, self-motivated, customer service oriented.

Able to work with others and independently.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Must pass a pre-screening drug & background check
