Laborers Needed

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborers and Operators to join our team. The working hours will be between 40-50 hours a week, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturday’s. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the applicant to be able to pass a drug screening test.

Job responsibilities

Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor environment

Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. regularly

Competently use a variety of hand and power tools

Have and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Assist with loading and unloading material/equipment

Demonstrate ability to adhere to safety procedures and practices

Maintain clean work environment

Able to work independently as well as cooperate with fellow employees and take direction

Positive attitude

Other duties as assigned

Laborer Preferred

Experience in mechanics and operating equipment.

An understanding of job site safety and OSHA.

Laborer Required

Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

Quality and production oriented

Basic construction/mechanical experience preferred

Skilled in using hand tools and operating mechanical equipment

Must be able to bend, kneel, stand

Able to follow written and verbal instructions

Follow specific directions, perform a variety of tasks which may change

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Able to lift up to 50 - 100 pounds

Reliable, hard worker, and willing to learn

Available for work Monday through Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
