Housekeeper/Houseman(Utilities) Needed KAUA'I

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Housekeeper is a person that provides basic housekeeping duties. Maintain property rooms in a sanitary and effective manner through washing, cleaning and replacement of equipment and furnishings. Needs working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.

Houseman is a person responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization. Duties include landscaping and exterior cleaning/maintenance, light maintenance work, assist Housekeeping with any heavy lifting or work orders, also assisting in areas like pest control/insecticide spraying. TRAINING FOR EACH POSITION WILL BE PROVIDED.

Need to have friendly attitude, willingness to learn and strong attention to detail. Must be able to communicate with both Front Office and Maintenance Departments.

Being a smaller, individually owned property, our main goal is to give guests the best budget friendly accommodations and services while keeping our "Vintage Hawai'i Feel". We have cultural artifacts and information in our main lobby for guests to view and inquire about a "cultural talk story session" provided by our General Manager. These artifacts and information educate guests on what Kaua'i felt like back in the 1960's-1970's.
