Looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision to perform day-to-day maintenance.

Perform duties and repairs relating to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and cleaning.

Ensure preservation and upkeep of buildings, common areas and pool operations.

$30-34/hr commensurate with experience, Full-time employment.
