Live-in Caregiver / Helper Needed for Elderly Woman

We are seeking a kind, responsible, experienced and reliable live-in helper (helper must be female) for my 85-year old mother in Salt Lake area. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable living situation in exchange for helping with day-to-day needs.

The ideal candidate would be:

- Kind and patient with the elderly.

- A non-smoker.

- Comfortable with interacting with elderly

- Professional and respectful, with good communication skills

Responsibilities include:

- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing) and meal preparation.

- Help with personal care, such as dressing and hygiene.

- Medication reminders.

- Occasional grocery shopping and errands.

- Driving to doctors appointments.

- Providing companionship and conversation throughout the day.

Compensation includes:

- A private bedroom and private bathroom.

- All utilities (water, electricity, internet).

- Rent-free living in a comfortable, clean home.

- A monthly stipend of $8,000.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a caregiver or excellent references.

- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation is preferred.

- Must pass background check and submit 3 professional references.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or CNA certification preferred
