Primary Care Office Looking for LPN

In search of a highly motivated LPN for a busy 5 provider family practice office in Hilo. Full time with benefits.

Computer skills required. Clinical experience and knowledge of EMR preferred.(eClinical Works)

Must have:

Current Hawaii State LPN licensure

Ability to multi-task with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and perform multiple job duties.

Attention to detail and be highly organized.

Positive attitude, ability to follow directions, and critical thinking skills a must.

Ability to be a team player and also work independently when needed.

Duties include but not limited to:

Direct patient care / rooming

Medication monitoring and education

Prescriptions/DME Prescription Management

Conduct telephone triage

Giving Immunizations and injections

Performing EKG's/ Pulmonary function tests

Assisting providers with procedures

Referrals to specialists

Pre-visit planning

Population health management

Position Hours:
