Menehune Coffee Company is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, friendly, and reliable team members to join our ʻohana at our new Location in Kailua Kona!

About the Job

We prepare high-quality coffee beverages, tea, smoothies, take-away food items, and provide excellent customer service. Teamwork is essential in our fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing coffee beverages & espresso drinks

Serving customers & answering questions

Preparing and serving food items

Operating a POS system

Maintaining food safety standards

Cleaning, restocking, and general café upkeep

Opening/closing duties

Cash-handling

Prep work as needed

Requirements

Good work ethic & self-motivation

Ability to work well with others

Reliable transportation

Dependable & punctual

Strong customer-service skills

Ability to follow instructions, read recipes, and measure accurately

Ability to stand and move quickly throughout 6–10 hour shifts

Weekend availability required

Experience preferred but not required — full training provided

Must have a valid ID, Social Security Card or Passport

Must be able to pass a background check
