Napali Brewing Company is a locally owned craft brewery and vibrant gathering place on Kaua‘i’s East Side. We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager ready to lead our team and help take our brewery to the next level.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, brewery, or equivalent operations role

Proven ability to inspire and lead a team of 30+ staff

Strong financial management skills (labor, inventory, budgets, P&L)

Passion for building and continuing a culture of aloha and positive growth for the team

A self-starter excited to blend back-of-house, front-of-house, and brewery operations into one seamless guest experience

Dedication to making Napali Brewing Company the best place to work on the island

Your Role

Oversee daily operations of the brewery and taproom

Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development

Drive operational efficiency, cost management, and accountability

Collaborate with ownership on events, marketing, and new initiatives

Maintain the welcoming, community-first spirit of Napali Brewing Company
