Dishwasher / Food Prep - Yama's Fish Market

Dishwasher - wash dishes, empty trash, sweep, mop and scrub floors and kitchen area. General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed. Identify and report inventory required for reordering, maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.

Food Prep - assist other members to prepare meat, chicken and seafood to recipe standards, measure and scale ingredients, wash and cut vegetables, maintain a clean, safe and organized cooking area.

-Constant standing (4+ hours)

-Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; reaching above head level

-Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting
