Pay & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience

- In House Dining Allowance: $4,000 / year

- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance fully covered by Merriman’s, including family coverage

- 401(k) Plan Eligibility after 1 year

- PTO: One week paid during year 1, three weeks paid in years 2-3 and four weeks after 4 years

Education Benefits:

- Culinary Travel: Annual all expenses paid culinary educational excursion

- $200/year cookbook allowance

- $2,500 for approved culinary classes

- Uniform Allowance: $250/year
