Seeking a highly motivated and energetic kitchen professional to help lead our busy brunch restaurant!

Requirements of Position:

Positive professional attitude

Demonstrate confidence and leadership

50+ hours per week minimum including all weekends and holidays

Quality control of all food to company standards

Hiring, teaching, training, motivating, and disciplining all kitchen staff in a professional manner with care for the whole team

Managing kitchen sanitation and cleanliness

Effectively overseeing inventory, food cost, and labor cost

Compensation-

$70k annual salary including bonuses

Two weeks paid vacation after one year
