Server to train as bartender over 3-6 months

We have a farm and distillery with one of the highest rated restaurants on the island.

We are busy every night and we cross train all servers to bartend. The process is master serving, have great attendance, and enjoy working with your teammates.

A server transitions to a bartender by practicing drink making, learning bar layout, and gaining experience monitoring intoxication.

Some job duties once you master serving and learn to bartend:

Bartender responsibilities: Handling guests at the bar, Serving food and alcohol, Stocking and cleaning the bar, Handling cash and credit card charges, and Coordinating guest request.

Maui law require you to be 21 years of age to handle alcohol.
