Pita Paradise hiring- Assistant Manager

We are looking for the kind of manager who demonstrates key attitudinal skills…a positive can-do attitude, good work ethic, focus while at work, grace under fire, respect for Pita Paradise and possesses a true service heart. This is a Full-Time, Assistant Manager position.

Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with an aloha spirit

Passion for great Greek/Mediterranean food

5+ Years of Restaurant fine dining experience

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to lead a FOH team of 25

⦁ Weekly scheduling of all FOH positions

Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues

Compassionate team leader

Works as a team with General manager to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly

Resolves problems quickly and efficiently and fulfills special requests from customers

Establishes positive rapport with customers in order to maintain long-term relationships and promote repeat business

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Must have Maui Liquor Card and ServeSafe Food Handler Card
