Restaurant Manager (Salary plus Awesome Bonuses plus Benefits!):

This is a salaried position with benefits starting at $62K/year based on experience, but you actually get more than this! Up to $1K is given for EACH FULL BUY OUT with the restaurant averaging 5-8/year! You also get Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off since we are closed! If these aren't enough, end of year bonus is also given at the Owner's discretion! See job description and details below:

· Oversee daily operations of the restaurant relating to front of house including ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining dining room appearance

· Order liquor and supplies for front of house

· Record and review daily financials, and make business recommendations to the Owners along with the Chef

· Handle all marketing programs including but not limited to daily postings in social media to promote the restaurant and coordinating website improvements

· Spearhead recruitment including posting jobs online for front and back of house, as well as interviewing and training front of house staff

· Take the lead in vetting buy outs or special events as well as be the main point of contact for the clients to coordinate these events

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager for at least 2 years and leading a team

· Excellent customer service and a basic understanding of financials

· Adept at using the computer (or apps) to be able to post on social media, post job openings, and record-keeping

· Blue card required

· Requires familiarity with the industry’s best practices including but not limited to sanitation standards, as well as the willingness to comply with local laws including but not limited to Covid-specific regulations.
