We are currently seeking an experienced PM Executive Sous Chef to join our team at our Waikiki location at the Outrigger Reef Hotel. Candidates should posses excellent organizational and time management skills, showcase creativity, is punctual, motivated, and a team player.

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years of Executive Sous Chef or similar management experience

- Open schedule availability including: PM, weekends, and holidays

- High volume full-service restaurant experience

- Culinary school graduate preferred

- Preferred experience with Excel, ordering, scheduling, costing out items, creating specials, etc.
