SageWater, Honolulu's leading pipe replacement contractor, is currently hiring housekeeping and general cleaning technicians to support our growing renovation business. And although our specialized team of technicians are uniquely trained in the practice of minimizing any and all dust and debris during the overall renovation process, our commitment to every homeowner is to clean their units at the end of each workday so that each home is left in a clean suitable manner throughout the entire renovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to work hard Monday - Friday

Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from multiple people

Detail-oriented

Part-time applicants will be considered as well.

TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU MUST:

Have a strong work ethic, integrity and sense of personal responsibility

Have the ability to work independently

Professional appearance and demeanor

Be over 18 and able to work legally in the U.S.

Possess a clean background

Pass a pre-employment drug test

Have willingness and comfort level working in occupied residential communities (apartments and condominiums)

Be able to get to and from the job site on a daily basis
