Job Description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Commitment to integrity, responsibility, accountability and authentic servant leadership.
  • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets.
  • Cultivate the pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting outbound calls.
  • Research and prospect to make outbound cold calls.“Focus on customer” by understanding their challenges and obstacles.
  • Understand and articulate the depth and breadth of Tier One Acquisitions' product portfolio.
  • Appropriately qualify all leads and establish an action plan.
  • Participate in entry and mid-level sales training sessions, team meetings, skills and professional development programs.
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Cooperate with sales management to determine strategic approaches for sales.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Three years related work experience post high school
  • Two years implementing sales strategies
  • Interest and willingness to lead and direct field sales teams
  • Team player and coaching mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field plus similar post graduate work experience
  • Two years developing and leading field teams at the executive level
  • Two years managing customer service relationships

Additional Information

Potential Compensation: $150,000/year with no income cap
