Connections Public Charter School (Downtown Hilo) is currently looking to hire a full-time Elementary School teacher.

Position: Third Grade Teacher

Certification: Hawaii State Certification Required

Salary: According to the Hawaii Teacher Salary Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with state standards.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Collaborate with support staff to meet the diverse needs of all students.

- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid Hawaii state teaching license. Elementary K-6 certification is preferred.

- Experience in a full inclusion setting is preferred.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
