About Us:

We’re a laid-back but hard-working whale watching tour company that believes every cruise should be filled with aloha, laughter, and the unforgettable sight of a tail slap or blow spout on the horizon. Our crew is small, friendly, and ocean-loving — and we’re looking for more awesome people to join the team!

What You’ll Do:

-Welcome guests aboard and make them feel like part of the ohana.

-Help operate and maintain our vessels (bonus points if you can tie a mean cleat hitch).

-Spot whales, dolphins, and sea turtles — and share your excitement with passengers.

-Keep the deck shipshape and always lend a hand where needed.

-Share aloha vibes rain or shine!

What We’re Looking For:

-A positive attitude and genuine love for the ocean.

-Team player — we work hard, laugh harder.

-Some experience with boats would be great but not necessary.

-Ability to work flexible hours (the whales don’t keep schedules!).

-Must be comfortable on the water and OK with getting a little salty.

-Customer services experience a plus.

Pay starting at $17.00/hr + tips
