Proshop Clerk

We are hiring a part-time Proshop clerk that would assist customers with tee times, complete transactions, stock merchandise and complete other general tasks as assigned. Great golf benefits.

Requirements:

Answer telephones in a professional manner.

Greet and direct all guest in a pleasant and courteous manner.

Inform players of course conditions.

Operate tee sheet reservations and point of sale system.

Operate cash register and receive payment in cash or credit card and accurately count and provide change to customers when

applicable. Balance cash drawer at end of shift.

Empties trash throughout, dusts, cleans, ensures merchandise is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked;

communicate inventory shortages to manager.

Effectively communicate and coordinate information between all areas of the golf operation.

Uphold management and association policies.

Immediately notify a supervisor if a customer is unhappy, if there is a problem on the course, and/or if an incident or injury has

occurred.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
