Guest Services Property Attendant

Kona Coast Vacations is a growing vacation rental business, that focuses on guest and owner satisfaction. We manage up to 260 vacation rentals. We are looking for a full time maintenance person to assist in guest services. Every day brings something different. Compensation based on experience, starts at minimum of 19.00 per hour . We offer 40 hours per week, fully paid healthcare, and upon a qualifying period there are 401K contributions and profit sharing plans as part of compensation.

Tasks include:

- troubleshooting and resetting internet, cable and tvs.

- delivering items to guests

- some warehouse operations include unpacking, packing and storing supplies.

- property checks for maintenance items

- battery replacements for remote controls, smoke detectors, etc

- maintaining clean work places, some hauling and trash removal

- This position includes guest interaction

- Clean drivers license is required. Vehicle provided during work hours
