Shopify Order Processor

We are a small, dynamic jewelry company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the operations of a small business.

This position is for Full Time . Must be available 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. Must also assist during big events.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill orders received through various platforms, including shipping.

Follow the established order processing system.

Monitor and maintain packing and shipping supplies, ensuring low-stock items are noted and reported.

Maintain a clean and organized packing and shipping area.

Track online inventory levels and notify the manager of low-stock items.

Respond daily to all SMS, email accounts and social media platforms

Deliver exceptional attention to detail and organization in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience with Shopify order processing and fulfillment.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
