Key Responsibilities:

- Must be able to work as a team and collaborate with the general manager to reach goals.

- Oversee daily kitchen and restaurant operations

- Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver high-quality cuisine

- Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards

- Manage inventory, ordering, and suppliers

- Create staff schedules and manage training

- Drive excellent guest experiences through attentive service
