MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

West Side Maui Property Management Company seeks multi-tasking Supervisor for our maintenance department.

Ideal candidate will live on west side, have a great attitude and excellent driving record.

Duties include scheduling, condo and household maintenance, projects, service and repairs.

Minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Working knowledge of home and building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades.

Must be honest, reliable, independent thinker, able to work with vendors and a team.

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job includes hands on experience as well as coordinating projects and leading others.
