Exercise Planner
Hawaii, Halawa 00000 Halawa USAWWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking Exercise Planners to support United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). This position will support USINDOPACOM and its mission partners the organizational resources necessary to eliminate capability gaps so that USINDOPACOM can maintain a competitive edge and meet the U.S. National Defense Strategy (NDS) and National Military Strategy (NMS) objectives. The Exercise Planner develops exercise options based on unit availability, training requirements, and exercise objectives, develops and briefs exercise options to senior client leaders, works with outside organizations and subordinate units during mission analysis, finalizes exercise planning by providing concept of operations and writing exercise orders, collects data and develops after action reports and builds after action briefings for senior client leaders, and utilizes existing resources to develop exercises of Joint and Combined training events.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing, coordinating and executing events, exercises and training for all domains with the USINDOPACOM AOR.
Planning and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop event logistics, topic input, and event documentation in the planning of conferences meetings, working groups, symposiums, and other types of events.
Organizing exercises to assess and validate the readiness of military units, including deployment, sustainment, and force protection.
Facilitating interagency exercises that promote collaboration between USINDOPACOM and mission partners to enhance coordination and response to complex security.
Assisting with the development of exercise goals, objectives, performance metrics, and supporting products.
Developing necessary planning, policy, procedures, and roadmap documentation (e.g. Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Courses of Action (COAs), Operational Plans (OPLANs), Execution Orders (EXORDs), Operation Orders (OPORDs) and Tactics, T0echniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Providing comprehensive training services to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of US Military, civilian personnel, and foreign partners.
This position is contingent on contract modification and funding.Expected salary range: $95,000 - $125,000Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Bachelor's Degree.
Current, active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
4-10 years of experience in event and/or military exercise planning across the Indo-Pacific region.
Demonstrated exercise planning experience to include designing, developing and executing military, state, or other federal exercises.
Experience in development of realistic exercise scenarios.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.
Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop event logistics, topic input, and event documentation in planning of conferences, meetings, working groups, symposiums, and other types of events.
Experience on a O-7 level staff, Joint Force Headquarters, Service, Service Component, or Major Command Headquarters
