Communicating with TBC Capital clients, providing timely responses to all inquiries received via the hotline and email, offering technical assistance, and providing clients with comprehensive information about TBC Capital’s services;Identifying and analyzing TBC Capital clients’ needs regarding brokerage products and services;Offering products and services to TBC Capital clients based on their identified needs and providing relevant consultations;Maintaining and regularly updating a register of frequently asked questions related to TBC Capital’s services;Listening to and documenting customer complaints and assigning the appropriate category to each issue;Preparing periodic performance reports for the manager;Identifying issues within brokerage services and escalating them to the relevant team.
