You’ll be: Ensuring equipment operates in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Supporting the production team to achieve daily targets Completing preventive and planned maintenance as per schedule to maintain equipment quality and availability Supporting projects to improve department characteristics and ensure the success of new models and business plans Troubleshooting and repairing equipment efficiently Mentoring and training team members to enhance technical skill set Utilizing root cause analysis to improve equipment availability and implement countermeasures Maintaining accurate communication and reporting through CMMS (Maximo) Ensuring equipment safety specifications are maintained for associate safety Completing assigned work and training to meet production goalsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have technical experience with asset management or industrial maintenance Possess a Technical Associate Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Have electrical troubleshooting and repair skills Can read electrical and mechanical prints Have mechanical repair skills Are proficient in using electrical test meters Have experience with preventive maintenance completion Have a track record of achieving equipment uptime in assigned area Can meet mean time to repair (MTTR) targets Are willing to work on the production floor and travel as needed Are available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as requiredWhat happens next:Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
