Commercial construction project manager or superintendant

Hiring a construction project manager or superintendent for a commercial project in Savannah. Cannot cover with current staff. Job will be executed between January to May of 25. Need to have substantial experience in commercial construction, ability to read architectural and engineering plans, coordinate subcontractor work efficiently and effectively, good communications skills with owner, subs, City inspectors, etc. I can provide a laptop computer. Looking for W9 contract work for now but may lead to permanent employment. Need full time dedication however, 40-60 hours per week. Pay based on experience. I hire for drive and dedication, not necessarily long resumes.
