Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians!

Are you skilled with: interior /exterior painting, appliance repair, apartment turns/make ready work, maintenance service requests, troubleshooting repair issues, installing locks/making keys, daily upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas? If so, we want you to join our team!

Experience in the apartment industry is a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

-Perform maintenance service requests.

-Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.

-Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.

-Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.
