Georgia, Peachtreecity, 30269 Peachtreecity USAEaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Business Unit HR Manager. This position is able to be located out of our offices in Moon Township, PA or Peachtree City, GA. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates.As the HR Manager you will serve as the primary business partner for the Connected Solutions (CS) Business Unit & ARS (Assemblies and Residential Solutions) Functions and will report directly to the CS VPGM and functionally to the ARS HRVP. In this highly strategic & visible role, the HR Manager will develop and deploy standard best practices, collaborate as a trusted advisor and coach to the business leaders to create a high-performing, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives.The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:
Serve as an HR business partner, strategic solution provider, adviser and counselor to CS leadership, Innovation & Technology, Marketing, & PMO across geographically dispersed sites.
Work with leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, focusing on supporting senior leaders in scaling up, while also empowering all functional leaders of people to improve foundational leadership capabilities.
Through strong and connected relationships, is knowledgeable and proactive in addressing potential talent, culture, structure, and HR operational issues across the functions.
Provide coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills at all levels, from salaried professionals to VP levels, to influence behavior and business decisions consistent with Eaton Leadership Model.
Guides employee relations issues across the functions, and ensures appropriate alignment with all applicable laws, policy and practice.
Partners with functional leaders on organizational design projects and implementation.
Develops capabilities continuously through the deployment of Eaton HR programs, ensuring quality of process and content and alignment with the business strategy to achieve goals and objectives.
Support special group projects – as needed.
Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum of 4 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
Master's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
Prior experience working in a global HR organization.
Skills:
Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate and align policies and practices to the Eaton Philosophy & Values and Code of Ethics.
Proven success in partnering with, influencing, and working collaboratively across all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, in a highly-matrixed environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities (switch from CS matter to ARS functional matter quickly).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to generate and interpret complex data from assorted sources and systems.
General knowledge of employment laws (such as the ADA, EEO, FLSA, FMLA) and ability to apply legal concepts to real world situations.
Proven ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations.
Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
