Construction lead/Forman

Looking for dedicated, hardworking lead/foreman for a small commercial contractor

performing jobs in the Southeastern US. Most of our work is in convenience stores and

major chain retailers. Paid holidays, health insurance, and travel/meals covered. Clean

driving record required. Paid weekly. Travel is required. Small business with competitive

pay and great environment without the politics of a large business.

Some duties include:

 Lead, supervise, and motivate a team

 Assign tasks to subcontractors and subordinates

 Monitor work performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality

standards.

 Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.

 Coordinate daily activities, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines.

 Maintain deadlines

Qualifications:

Experience:

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a

leadership role.

 Proven experience with various construction techniques and tools.

Working Conditions:

 Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

 Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy

objects and standing for extended periods.

 Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

by project timelines.

 Frequent travel is required.
