Program Supervisor

Overseeing the operation of a personal care home with 3 individuals that are developmentally disabled.Schedule 24-hour coverage for home.Monitor the administration of medication, physician orders, and prescriptions.Document the purpose of the visit or face-to-face contact, assessment, or evaluation, training, plan for intervention, and changes in service delivery such as change in staff recommendations.Maintain and update records at assigned intervals.Investigate all incidents and reports to appropriate staff. Assists with the development and implementation of corrective actions for incidents.Visit and monitor homes frequently to ensure the home is a safe, clean, and attractive.Attend monthly supervisors/staff meeting.Recruit, interview, and recommend persons for employment.
