The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Center Director for its top-rated daycare in Douglasville. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!Salary range: $40,000-$45,000, based on experience, education and credentials. Position includes quarterly bonus potential.About The Sunshine House:Bright futures start here! The Sunshine House is much more than daycare for children 6 weeks to 12-years-old. We are one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the United States, operating more than 100 schools in 8 states. Daycare Director Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.

Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.

Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.

Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.

Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, state licensing, and the community.

Leverage your business, people, and marketing savvy to grow and operate your school.

Requirements

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Business or related field required.

Previous management experience in licensed childcare preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
