Dealer Development ManagerThe W W Williams Company Brunswick, OH (Onsite) Full-Time Apply Now (https://wwwilliams.jobs.net/apply/j3n5k765xgt49qzltfg?ipath=CR&notify=true&siteid=cbnsv) Job DetailsDealer Development Manager Opportunity Summary:Come grow with us as a Dealer Development Manager, who develops, negotiates, and implements partnerships with dealers, fleet, and end users. This individual is goal-driven and motivated to surpass deadlines and achieve results.Job Duties:

Develop annual sales and marketing plans targeted to accomplish the sales and gross profit goals through the dealers in their AOR.

Works with internal (VP of Marketing) and external (DCX, Allison, etc.) partners to implement marketing and sales strategies and promotions with the dealers as strategized in annual sales/marketing plans.

Administers dealer incentive programs.

Calls on dealers in their AOR to promote the specification of William's products in the dealers' equipment offerings and solve any problems that may interrupt this specification.

Works with vendors to resolve issues with their products for dealers or any of William's operations.

Works in partnership with the dealers to convince their current or potential customers to purchase equipment with William's specified product.

Promotes the purchase of all William's products by the dealer by showing the value to the dealer.

Participates in industry functions, trade shows, associations, and other events to promote W. W. Williams and the products we represent.

Administers the Dealer Agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and to support the dealer in ways to accomplish this.

Analyze monthly activity against goals and objectives and report findings to upper management.

Maintains accurate records of all activities and opportunities by using William's CRM system.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate would hold a bachelor's degree; 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
