Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Payment Schedule: Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely maneuver yard tractors to move trailers as needed.

- Assist in loading and unloading freight.

- Maintain an organized yard and ensure proper placement of trailers.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Yard Hostler or Spotter is required.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
