Atlanta based acquisitions firm is looking to add another site supervisor who can service South of Atlanta to our team

- Provide estimates on remodel jobs

- Create construction budgets

- Create construction schedules

- Obtain quotes from subcontractors

- Hire Subcontractors

- Manage sub-contractors

- Supervise job sites

- Provide weekly project updates with pictures, schedules, etc to the management team

- Deal with City Permits, consultants, and engineers

Requirements

- must have a minimum of 5 years in construction management experience

- must have managed multiple complete remodel jobs from start to finish

- must have experience in every task in the job description

- must have subcontractor contacts for all trades

- must have a license and pick-up truck to use for work

- must live BELOW the I-20

Salary

$80,000 - 100,000/annually (plus performance based bonuses)

$500 month vehicle allowance to cover fuel/maintenance
