Job Description: We are a retail organization that also owns a finance company. We offer home improvement loans to our customers that are repaid back to us on a monthly basis. When those loans become past due, we need a professional voice on the phone with our past due customers working with them to bring their account current. This position is also known as a professional debt collector. Therefore, calling our customers that are past due and working with them to bring their account current will be your full-time job here with us. You will also be the Assistant Manager overseeing a team of 6-10 collectors. It's that easy!

Minimum Requirements:

You must have collections experience to be considered for this position, we are willing to train the right candidate. (REQUIRED)

A verifiable track record of success (REQUIRED)
