A well-established small real estate company is seeking a licensed Georgia Broker to serve as Broker on Record.

Position Details:

Compensation: $300 per transaction

Scope: This is a limited oversight position. The company currently has no affiliated agents.

Responsibilities: No supervision of agents, paperwork, or day-to-day business operations required. The role is primarily to maintain compliance and allow the company to continue listing rental properties and homes for sale.

Reason for Opening: Current broker is retiring.
