Tiny home

Looking for someone who can build a tiny home on my porch.

I'd be able to pay him 2K up front and then like 500 a month until full amount of what it cost. we can write up a contract whatever you need don't want to spend more than 4k or 5,000 total. It only needs to be big enough for me to put a bed in maybe a recliner. I don't require it to have electricity so you don't have to worry about any wiring would like it to be insulated though. Maybe looking to use this service more than once but let's see how it goes the first time. Although I may want one built in the backyard at a later date that has electricity and plumbing.
